The Clipper Ice's chassis is constructed of a 6" Box Tube steel fully welded to provide the strongest foundation in its class. Whether you're traveling to your next adventure or lowered down on the ice this chassis will provide you years of worry free enjoyment.
The standard 15" radial tires on every Clipper Ice Travel Trailer ensures a smoother and safer ride than the industry standard bias ply tires. Clipper Ice's ultra-lube axles eliminate the need to remove your wheels for maintenance and eliminate the mess as well. Also standard are 11" electric brakes for optimum braking power.
Lowering the Clipper Ice down is a snap with 3 heavy duty LCI lighted jacks. A pair of remote switches allow you to lower both axle jacks simultaneously or individually. Exterior built in switches make theses jacks even more versatile. A built in manual override won't leave you stranded in the even your batteries are too drained to operate the jacks electrically.
3/4" marine grade plywood makes up the floor of the Clipper Ice. Unlike most competitors standard plywood floors the Clipper Ice's floor provides protection from the elements both inside and out.
The Clipper Ice features a durable diamond plate lower exterior on all 4 sides to provide optimum protection during travel and fishing alike. Every Clipper Ice has standard dual 20lb. LP tanks and a special extreme temperature regulator to withstand even the most brutal conditions.
All Clipper Ice's use radius Thermo pane windows. Just another of the Ice's many features that set it apart from other ice fishing campers. An internal dual battery compartment keep your batteries both out of the elements and secure. There is no need to unhook your batteries and put them inside when it's time to leave the comfort and relaxation of the Clipper Ice and return to reality.
Both seasonal package and not have a 16 gallon fresh water tank with a 12 volt on demand pump. The Ice also has a HDTV antenna and a HD cable/satellite hookup for your portable satellite dish. A Zamp Solar charging port enables you to maintain your 12 volt batteries by simply adding the option Zamp 40 or 80 Watt portable solar panels. The Clipper Ice's walk able trussed roof structure provides for maximum insulation and strength to withstand the snow load even in the most severe of winters. The Clipper Ice also uses a 1 piece Alpha-Ply roof membrane with a 12 year limited warranty. A Max Air vent cover protects the Clipper Ice's 12 volt power vent from the weight of the snow and keeps it from freezing shut. The Clipper's switched high output LED floor lighting provides intense light output for maximum visibility around your fishing holes where it counts the most. A water resistant flip down bench makes the perfect place for additional seating or a great place to hold your equipment or valuable electronics. The oversized fold down bunk has a capacity of 300 lbs. And can easily be flipped up to create additional headroom. Below the portable dinette table can easily be moved or dropped down for an additional sleeping area. A standard AM/FM/MP3/USB stereo and speakers, will make sure you never miss a game or play your favorite fish attracting songs. 20,000 ... 20,000 BTU furnace definitely handles the task of keeping you comfortable.
